HeyDrew SMS & Text Messaging Terms

These SMS & Text Messaging Terms (these “SMS Terms”) describe how Aspire Advisors LLC d/b/a HeyDrew and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “HeyDrew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) communicate with you by text message. By enrolling in any HeyDrew text messaging program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing or using any HeyDrew service. These SMS Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy at www.heydrew.com/legal/privacy-policy and our Engagement Terms of Service, which govern your broader relationship with HeyDrew.

1. Program Description

HeyDrew may operate one or more text messaging programs to communicate with you. These programs may include the following:

Transactional messages. Service-related communications sent in connection with your HeyDrew account or active engagement, including account notifications, deadline reminders, document requests, appointment confirmations, filing status updates, and other communications related to the services you have purchased.

Marketing messages. Promotional communications about HeyDrew’s services, offerings, features, renewal opportunities, and other information we believe may be of interest to you.

HeyDrew may operate these programs through a single telephone number or through separate numbers. Where a single number is used for both transactional and marketing messages, the opt-out instructions in Section 5 will apply to all messages sent from that number. Where separate numbers are used, opt-out preferences will be program-specific. The program or programs applicable to your enrollment will be identified when you provide consent.

You may be invited to enroll in HeyDrew’s text messaging program at various points during your interaction with HeyDrew, including during account registration, lead capture, or a purchase. Enrollment requires your affirmative consent, which will be obtained through a disclosure presented to you at the time of enrollment. By providing your consent, you agree to receive HeyDrew text messages at the mobile number you provide.

By enrolling, you represent and warrant as follows:

  • You are the owner of the mobile telephone number you provide, or you are otherwise authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number on behalf of the owner of that number;
  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these SMS Terms; and
  • Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using any HeyDrew service.

If you provide a number belonging to someone else without their authorization, you are solely responsible for any resulting claims, costs, or liability. HeyDrew is not responsible for messages sent in reliance on consent you were not authorized to give.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed in connection with your account activity and active engagement with HeyDrew’s services. Marketing messages are sent periodically according to HeyDrew’s communications calendar and your engagement with our services. HeyDrew does not send messages at an unreasonable frequency and will make reasonable efforts to limit communications to what is relevant and useful to you.

4. Rates & Charges

Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from or send to HeyDrew, depending on your mobile carrier plan. HeyDrew does not charge you for text messages. Any charges are between you and your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan or applicable rates.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of HeyDrew’s text messaging program at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any HeyDrew text message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, HeyDrew will send you a final confirmation message, and you will receive no further text messages from that number, or from all HeyDrew numbers if a single program is in use.

If HeyDrew uses separate numbers for transactional and marketing messages, replying STOP to a marketing message will opt you out of marketing messages only. To opt out of all HeyDrew text messages, you must reply STOP to each program separately or contact us directly using the methods below.

Please allow reasonable time for your opt-out request to be processed. During that time, you may receive one additional message. Opting out of text messages does not affect other HeyDrew communications, such as emails or account notifications delivered through other channels.

6. How to Get Help

7. Your Privacy

HeyDrew handles your mobile number and messaging data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.heydrew.com/legal/privacy-policy. Your mobile number and consent information are used solely to operate HeyDrew’s text messaging programs and to communicate with you as described in these SMS Terms. We do not sell your mobile number or share your opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

8. Changes to These Terms

HeyDrew may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our messaging programs, applicable law, or carrier requirements. The current version is always available at www.heydrew.com/legal/sms-terms, and the “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued participation in any HeyDrew text messaging program after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
